Peppy Perky is all about quality products. All items dispatched are meticulously inspected prior to dispatch. Only items with our seal of approval are sold. Should you feel that you have received a defective item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Exchange Policy

Please note, Exchanges only applies to regular priced item. Items on promotion or special discounts do not qualify for the exchange policy.
All Lingerie sold are not exchangable due to hygiene reasons
Customers to bear all shipping and related costs for return and re-delivery of Exchanges.

Step 1

Should a customer wishes to return in exchange for an item of the correct sizing, kindly notify Peppy Perky via email at the following address

within 3 days of receipt of package. Please advise the following:-
- Date of purchase and Order Summary Slip
- Customer details
- Item / Styling Number
- Required size

Step 2

Peppy Perky will revert soonest on the availability for the item in question. Kindly note, Peppy Perky will try our very best to exchange an item for customer, however due to availability restrictions, Peppy Perky reserves the right not to honour the exchange in question.

Step 3

Upon Peppy Perky confirmation on availability and authorization to return, customer to return item at their own costs. Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded. An authorisation number will be issued to customer

All returns are to be securely packaged and wrapped. Peppy Perky is not responsible for lost returns. As such please use reliable courier services.

Step 5

Returned item for exchange of size will only be accepted for items in re-saleable condition. All trims, hangtags, wrapping, and any other product packaging are to be in its original state. Upon receipt, should items be damaged or not in re-saleable condition, Peppy Perky reserves the rights not to honour the returned item and instead will resend the item in question back to the customer at customers cost.

Peppy Perky will advise shipping costs to customer via email, and offer preferred payment methods for re-delivery of item(s). Please refer to Payment Options for additional details.
